Our Story

Empowering African Australian Youth & Multicultural Women

Empowering African Australian Youth and CALD Women through mentorship, outreach, education and networking since 2017. Changepreneurs was born from lived experience, purpose, and a deep commitment to creating pathways for young African Australian women and multicultural youth to thrive.

Founded by a passionate community leader, mentor, and advocate, Changepreneurs began as a self-funded initiative driven by the desire to give back, uplift others, and create opportunities that many in our communities often have to navigate alone.

"What started as informal mentoring quickly grew into a powerful platform for connection, empowerment, and transformation."

Over the past nine years, Changepreneurs has evolved into a trusted community organisation, supporting young women to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and step boldly into their purpose. Through mentorship, education, and community-driven initiatives, we have created safe and empowering spaces where voices are heard, stories are valued, and potential is nurtured.

At the heart of Changepreneurs is a simple but powerful belief: when women and young people are empowered, entire communities are transformed.
